Caught up in the moment,
feeling so alone.
Loved life but now I hate it,
where did it go wrong.
Laughing till I cry,
crying till i fall asleep.
The blade isn't as sharp,
but I wish it was.
Caught up in the moment,
where I feel so much pain.

where did I go wrong?
I try to hold in the tears,
but It's not working.
I try to let fear go,
but it's hanging on so tight.
Caught up in time,
while the clock is ticking.
